CCTV Drainage Survey - Should I

Buying a house, but the back garden has three manholes.
Is it wise to get a CCTV drainage survey done. The house is Ex Housing Executive built around 1990.

Has any body else had a CCTV drainage survey done pre-purchasing, or is it a waste of money? -what you don't know wont hurt you - idea?

If so can any body recommend a good drainage company in Belfast area?

Why do you think you need the drains surveyed?

    Hi Ballyblack

Never seen a property which had three manholes in the back garden close to the back door before, just worried me a bit with all the recent floods during the summer.

Well if there's ever a problem ........plenty of manholes means its easier to clear the system

A survey might just tell you its all clear and you've wasted your money??

Why not enquire with the neighbours if there has been any problems?
