Does anyone know if I clean my carpets with one of those hoovers that washes the carpet (I can borrow one), if the scotch guard will come off?
If so, how do you re-scotch guard a carpet?

I had a carpet from out of a skip, from a shop. It had been scotchgaurded and came up ok with the vax, but don't only take my word for it as the carpet didn't cost me anything so I didn't care.Anyone who lives within their means suffers from a lack of imagination:beer:
