Postal address for DMP letter?

Hi there,
I am in the process of setting up a DMP with StepChange and want to send my creditors the letter stating this.. how do I go about finding the postal address of these companies? Will they most likely be on my statements or will this just be the address for making payments?
Any advice greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I used all the addresses from either statements or other DCA correspondence. You could also phone each one, just to confirm addresses.
