AEOI Barclays Form?????

Hi all not sure this is right place to ask ,,,but I have been sent a huge form from Barclays to confirm my tax status,,, sounds simple yes ,,,, sadly not , I really don’t even understand the wording of it!!
I asked my accountant, he said it was regulated advice , I telephoned Barclays , they said fill in what you can , but , I’m so worried about ticking the wrong box !!
I really don’t know what to do , I have started a business in laser hair removal, was advised to make it limited company, at the moment I take no wage from it ( I have my other job , and the laser is more of a long term project) so all the questions about Entity and financial institutions or NFE are way above my head !!
Any help out there ??

Did you have a business account with Barclays?

If it's the same form that they send us I must admit I don't think I've ever filled it in ....we don't do business with any overseas company so what my personal tax status is is none of their business

Yes I do , they had all the limited company details from companies house and all my personal details when it was set up ,,, I can’t honestly think what more I can give them !!

I think there is a helpline you can ring to get someone to talk you through it but to be honest I've never done it and Barclays are still happy to have my account so I've never bothered.
