Debt question

Hello,

If your previous company wants money back from you, due to educational expenses they did for you, are there any consequencies?

Will you be able to get a bank loan, have a business etc? Is there any impact?

It depends on what your contract with the company said in relation to the educational expenses. Some companies have contracts that say the cost of courses have to be repaid if the employee leaves the company within a certain timescale. If you don't repay then they can pursue you through the courts same as any other creditor.

Then don't expect any useful answers.
Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!
