Do I need exact details?

Hi all, filling in my application now & a couple of debts I don't have a statement, is a rough guess figure ok?

Also there may be other debts (utilities after I moved out, repo) , I have no details can these be added later if they turn up?

Hi,

Do as Max says or just give it your best guess. You should make reasonable effort to establish your debts, but the great thing about bankruptcy is that all debts that you are subject to on the date of your bankruptcy are covered, whether they are on the forms or not, whether the amount said to be owed is right or wrong.

I liked the detail noddle gave thou I've only the big default showing & not the 5-6 debts. Anyway, I'll do it as an approx

Some firms are real !!!****s and wont help with info, they are carking it in case you declare BR, in most cases 100% accuracy on any given day/date is not important in a BR but listing all accounts is a big help, let the IS do some work for the fees i say

Yes it's quite a spendy fee isn't it �� I was surprised to find no trace of credit card on noddle, not even that I had 1!
