Iceland Savings Card

Afternoon All
I picked up a Iceland savings card as I've started shopping there, has anyone else got one? I think it's a fab idea putting the money away instead of having a points system.
I thought about saving as much as I can and just using the savings when money runs low! Do you save yours for a rainy day, or for Christmas etc? x

Thought about it Charlotte last November I think when they announced an extra bonus. But with Iceland being a bridge too far from my bus and not buying much there anywhere decided not to participate.
However will do the sums again, for example milk is cheap at £1 per 4 pints and alcohol prices at Christmas are usually competitive.

Oh no that's a shame! They also do home delivery, my local is within a 30 minute walk, but it's hard to walk that distance with all the bags. If I buy a full shop I'll get it delivered, it might be worth looking into!0 -
I saw that, I can't imagine being smacked with that bill  that was for the staff, though, and it was voluntary; so I'm not sure what will happen!0 -
Hi
I use it but only load it in November, I save a regular amount each month for it and then load it in November when its double so £2 for each £20 you load instead of £1, they also had an additional bonus if I spent £17 each week for 4 weeks in November they would load a £7 bonus to spend in December, great for some extra shopping for Christmas.0 -

this is so worth doing, although the bonus was not as good as last year when we got £3 per £20.I did it again this year and the bonus bought all mychristmas groceries and a couple of presents.Slimming World at target0
