Life after Iva

Please can you tell me what might be on offer
We have paid the Iva of early about 12 months ago
We have a mortgage now & have about 20,000 equity & 10,000 savings
45,000 income
Never missed any mortgage payments & have no other outgoings expect living expenses
Our mortgage company no longer offers new mortgages
Looking at houses 140,000

    Because the IVA has only be settled for 12 months (lenders typically go off the end date) there will be a few lenders in and around the 5% interest mark with a 25% deposit.

    One for a broker though as the lenders you would need are not available directly.
