    More like irresponsible borrowing.

I'm concerned I'll get sued for fraud or something like that

You won't be sued for fraud but you could be prosecuted for it because you did in fact commit fraud.

If it were me I'd let sleeping dogs lie.

Actually, I didn't read about the lies. That is a fraudulent application for each time you lied. Probably best to leave it and repay it. Have you got steady employment yet? Are you able to afford repayments?

I've now seen a similar thread which pretty much answers the question I had when I started this thread:

    https ://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.php?t=5913375

I would think I can't get a DRO for similar reasons, or that the CAB would be a good place to go for the same reasons. I guess I'm on my own. No employment as yet, bad back is mostly better now so I'm confident I'll secure a nights job temping pretty quick. I'm going to have to take out another loan in the next few days and then once I start to be paid, should be okay. Just completely stuck. It's such an awkward way to live. Thanks for the help.

    Another loan with no income?

Can't see anyone giving you a loan if you truthfully fill in that you're unemployed.

And committing further fraud by lying again is a particularly unwise decision.

I don't see what other choice I have. I'm at around £250 at the moment, on the 6th and 7th £110 loan repayments, 8th £90 car insurance. The earliest I'll be paid is the 14th. So yet again my mind started running to the next loan solution, but I wanted to be check if there were any other options because I'm a bit tired of managing, moving, applying, missing £100s of £ every couple of days or week.

If it were me, I would default on all the loans and write to your creditors that you are seeking debt advice and to put the debts on hold. You could then possibly offer token payments of £1/month. I definitely would not seek another loan. Another loan just compounds the situation further.

I agree that another loan doesn't help, but it buys me time until I am in an affordable situation. I was wondering about something along the lines of what you're saying, but then there is conflicting advice from previous posts and threads.

I think my best bet would be to continue in the arrangement I am in now, as I have a possibility of affording the repayments. My concern is having fraud markers on my credit file and not being able to move in the future.
