Aviva Amazon vouchers not received

I received a letter from Aviva at the start of last month promising that if I registered for their online system I would receive a £10 Amazon voucher within 21 days of registering. But so far that time has come and gone.

I wondered if anyone else who has signed up has received their Amazon vouchers as promised?

    I tried this months ago- no vouchers in sight. And no I havent asked Aviva either. As I forget about it.

    I had the ‘log into your account’ version, with follow-up email saying ‘click here to claim your voucher’ - which I did, but still no voucher. I think it was within 28 days for the voucher to arrive.
  • I have now had a response for Aviva apologising for the delay, saying that they are aware some of their vouchers have not been sent out and that I should watch my inbox in the next 10 workings days.

  • Signed up for online account in October 2018, lots of emails later and still nothing. Each email i received from Aviva said 10-28 days to receive it and nothing still.

    I didn't receive mine - sent an email querying this and was told to wait 10 working days. Still nothing so having to chase this again.

    Do you think we should report this?

    EDIT: Have raised an official complaint with Aviva.
  • Lol, mine *finally* arrived a couple of days ago, but by then I'd already cancelled my policy with them and opened one with someone else.
