I have been at sainsbury's for the past nearly 4 months. I have never had a proper performance review and 'think' I might have passed my probationary period although no one has ever said anything. I have also never had a clocking in number and don't know why. I have had a colleague discount card for a few weeks now and have recieved pension info too. I have asked for a clocking in number but was told head office have had a problem with giving me this. I looked on my kronos thing and have been manually clocked in on the system by a manager. I don't know what else to do,I feel uncomfortable keeping asking. The christmas temps have all got them,so i am worrying that there is an issue that I haven't been told about.
thanks

Dont worry about the no performance review, I dont think they are still done. I think 12 weeks is probation period.
Re your clock in number, maybe thats a question you could ask them when you ring the hr number.0 -
If the company (whose name you might want to remove from your original post) has neither failed you (which they clearly haven't) nor extended the probationary period before its expiry then I believe you are deemed to have passed - unless there is anything in your contract that states you haven't passed until they tell you that you've passed (or otherwise).0
