Feeling quite anxious tbf! It’s a school role and it’s only staff in!! Sometimes I prefer it when students in as I struggle with confidence and anxiety when only around adults, the students allow me to be myself at work!
Don’t think I will sleep too well!!

Hopefully people will understand that as you are bound to be nervous, good luckThe mind is like a parachute. It doesn’t work unless it’s open.:o

Being nervous / anxious is common when starting a new job, so just be yourself and everything should be fine

One tip, though, try and make an effort with the staff whenever possible because sometimes it is a bit cliquey in places like that. Plus you don't want to be too pally (safeguarding) with students, AND simultaneously being a bit *off* with the other staff (think Michael Jackson).0
