Wind-up phone charger

Does anyone know of a good wind-up phone charger? We are going to be travelling to some out of the way places, and I thought it would be handy to have an alternative way of charging our phones. I've had a look on Amazon but the chargers there don't seem suitable.
Any ideas would be helpful!

Could you be a bit more specific about why the ones on Amazon aren't suitable, please? They have a fairly wide range so it's hard to help without knowing why nothing there fits the bill for you.0 -
They all look quite large and I can't imagine they are that efficient. How long are you expecting to be away from electricity? If its just a few days I would think a couple of small rechargeable power banks would be a better solution.0

Yes, I've considered solar, but obviously this is dependent on sunlight - which may not always be around0 -
The ones I've found are wind-up radios or torches. When you look at the reviews it says they're no good for charging phonesCould you be a bit more specific about why the ones on Amazon aren't suitable, please? Yes, I've got a power bank, but I think that will only give me about one days chargeThey all look quite large and I can't imagine they are that efficient. I guess it depends on phone usage. For me I usually get 3/4 days with one small power stick but then I don't use the phone a great deal. I've had a wind up torch and radio in the past and while they did work it took a lot of winding - I can't imagine how much it would take to charge a phone.
Having a quick look most of them seem to market themselves as being able to get you enough power to make an emergency call rather than being focused on fully charging anything.
There was a thread with some suggestions here a while back https://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/discussion/4039543/solar-wind-up-phone-chargers0 -
Thanks for that. I think that the basic problem is that a wind-up generator isn't going to generate the kind of power you need for modern smartphones.I guess it depends on phone usage. I'll probably invest in a better power bank that will last a few days.
Many thanks for all replies0
