Employment tribiunal debt

Hello,
Could you please help me. It's 01.01.19 and I am scared what to do and very confused.
In 2016 I had a part time Nanny who helped with my child. I have employed her and sucked 3 months later. All matter ended up in employment Tribiunal and I have to pay her compansation/
Award of 11k. I am have some amount unpaid on Credit Card and overdraft and it takes to 13k max debt.
I wrote to County Court 2 weeks ago and ask to arrange monthly payment to Nanny ( form n245 ) they replied that county Court doesn't deal with this.
So where should I ask for arranging monthly payments ET?
Can I arrange DRO if I owe the money to private person from the ET?
My financial situation is not the best. I am working and I am single mum. Don't own the car or home. Really we don't have this 13k. What shall I do? I would appreciate any help.

Thank you. I am trying to make an appointment with cab but they seems to be always busy. I cannot afford the solicitor and that's why I am looking here. I have until 03.01.19 to pay and I am worry what will happen if I don't.

An Employment Tribunal Settlement is not the same thing as credit card debt, and you need legal advice as soon as possible.

Please read this, which as you will see, is from the CAB but from the employee's point of view.

Credit card debt is a contractual obligation and credit card companies are willing to negotiate with debtors to secure replayments.

Court/legal rulings are a different matter altogether. You are doing the right thing by treating this as urgent but if you can't get an appointment at a CAB you MUST seek legal advice as soon as possible.

It is highly unlikely that the CAB will be able to help you with the employment tribunal issue because their service is aimed at people who have very few resources. As an ex-employer, they might regard your situation as outside their remit.

If you want their help with debt management, that would be more likely to come under their remit.
    Better is good enough.
  • Hello again, I was a private person who hired a Nanny. My situation has changed since that time. Can anybody give me some more advice. I am running out of time.
