    Does anyone know of any deals that will be valid for stays during October 2005. This is when we are planning to book a weekend but the Times, WH Smith and Summer offers have all run out by then.

    I am a public sector worker (holiday inn advertise discount for government employees) but every time I ring up Holiday Inn to book they say these discounts are not valid at weekends. Anyone got any ideas?

    Any discount however small always welcome.
