    people often dont feel able to post on here because they worry that they will be shot down for getting it wrong, which they often are & thats a real shame. So what is an answer is posted twice? Some people may not have got it first time!

    have you ordered anything. as its gambling they may want you to validate your account first

    You can collect them by clicking on links one a day at the moment which give you 5 points, by shopping in certain places, sign ups and entering competitions.

    You can then exchange them for various vouchers such as Boots, John Lewis etc

    it's quite silly that people have gone on and on... i do agree that people re-posting things can be annoying sometimes, but if it was a genuine mistake and you posted close to the same time as someone else-then it cant be helped :o lets move on now!

    Im waiting for points to be added for shopping with thorntons and avon, doubt il get them before xmas though-hopeful thinking on my part!
