Has anyone else had trouble getting their points for the Lovefilm offer?

I'm SO cross :mad: Pigsback are refusing to credit me with my points because Lovefilm are apparently saying there is no record of my registering with them via Pigsback. I'd never even bloomin' HEARD of Lovefilm before I saw the offer on Pigsback :mad:

I've sent loads of emails to the elusive "Rachel" saying it's basically not good enough and I want my points (but a bit more polite than that

) but she's having none of it and just keeps stating "there is no record of it".

Am SO mad. It's not just the points, it's the principle of the thing.

I've sent her the email confirmation of the offer that I received from Lovefilm, but that's not proof enough apparently because it doesn't say anything about Pigsback on that and I could have just gone to Lovefilm direct. Hardly. Like I said, before seeing the offer on Pigsback I'd never heard of them.

Okay, and <breath>. Sorry, rant over. I'm just so cross and I don't think there's anything else I can do

(Edit: From memory there is a minimum £30 withdrawal level. This isn't a problem as you can just deposit extra money and withdraw it without betting it! I actually won on Foxy Bingo when I signed up last month!)

I'm having similar problems with Cyberslotz. I'd never signed up to any gambling site before seeing this on Pigsback. That was in September and I still don't have my points. Apparently my name wasn't on the list back from Cyberslotz. I don't suppose I should complain too much as I won £200 but it is the principle of it.

hi ev1 - thought I would post what I recieved from being a winner in the xmas stocking comp which came in a nice snowman stocking:

some gold & silver chocolate coins
pink pigsback purse type bag
1 x squeezy stress pigsback piggy
little pigsback nail set
pigsback pen & pencil
1 x pigsback post it notes
1 x pigsback large notepad

then in the pink envelope........ with a compliments slip was a £5 outback steakhouse voucher(I wont ever use it!!).

so not too shabby for writing an opinion, although thought it may have had xmas stuff in - well at least I won something so thanks pigsback
