I kept having that problem when trying to log in then I discovered that happens if you hit the enter key - click on submit on the screen instead and it usually works!

Good luck with that... I had the same password problem when trying to cash in points, having built them up for months, had screen shots as well, but they wouldn't honour them.

Hi I hope someone can help me out, I fancy moving my ISA to A&L through pigsback for the 5,000 points. Does anyone have any experience of doing this? Is it just the run of the mill ISA that they do and do I have to set up a regular amount going in or not? How do I take screenshots to prove I have done it?
