I had the same letter. Then, after a month and no points, I forwarded the email saying I would get the points in 2 weeks and told them that I had still not received the birthday points. I got an apology from Rachel and the points were added. So just keep emailing them! Good luck.

if you book the tickets anyway why not try the offer and see if you get the points some are saying they added within 24 hours so you should know fairly quickly if it works.. and be quids in fingers x

I know what you mean - when the 'local' pages first appeared I sent a polite but pointed message via the Clubhouse page. Why not do the same?

It is great they have worked out where Wales is, but at the end of the day Cardiff can hardly be called 'local' to the rest of the country - but London and Edinburgh are both capitals in the bottom right corner too!
