  • hey,
sorry if this is a question that has already been asked.
i recieved the water saver hippo thing free and searched for a credit card via u switch. This was in septemeber so i emailed pigsback yesterday to ask where my points were.
the reply was: " I am afraid your account is not eligible for PiggyPoint crediting. These e-mails confirm your search for a credit card and not as approved applications with Uswitch. "
am i entitled to points for recieving the water thingy, and if so how many?
    thankyou for your help,
    sarah

in a word NO the T&C,s state you have to change suppliers etc not just enquire.. there was a glitch a few months ago which meant some people got points but pigsback must have got wind of the glitch and now you only get points if you actually use uswitch to switch suppliers

As I hadn't received the 100 points from ordering the Seat Leon brochure during mid October, I emailed Pigsback. For anyone else who hasn't received these points, Pigsback are still waiting for the file from the promotor before points can be added. There was no email confirmation of the offer but I had taken a screenshot.

I havn't recieved them either and could really do with getting them!

I have 685 and really wanted to get someone an album from CD WOW as a christmas present (800 points) so has anyone got any ideas on how to raise that 100 or so points? Do you think the Seat Leon points will be added soon?

Oh and also I registered 2 days ago to clash media to get my 100 points and it says will be credited in 24 hours and it hasnt should I just wait or emial them?

    xx
  • I've missed quite a bit lately cos I've had probs with my broadband company, so I've sacked them, so I'm on dial-up till new provider comes through. (God I' d forgotten how rubbish it is)....

Anyway, have only been able to scan through really quickly... am I right in thinking that people are contacting Pigsback about the uswitch from around October time and most aren't being allowed???

Am I better off contacting them or just leaving it like I always have in the past when I've got my points eventually?

I have done a couple of genuine changes, and also a couple of comparisons.

anyway must dash, time is money, lol.

    thanks in advance

It's probably about 6 weeks as that seems to be the standard but don't be suprised if it takes longer and you may need to chase... Just make sure that you keep the confirmation/order emails!!
Thank you for your reply, i will keep that in mind:confused:
