Maybe you have some software stopping it, try turning off any firewalls when doing click throughs that is what I do.

Also if that does not work try reseting IE security settings to default.

IE Menu: TOOLS / INTERNET OPTIONS / SECURITY and click the default button for each one as you select them.

Note: If custom level button is bold and default is greyed out then it is already default

Can anyone help please? Am chasing up some points for a sign up through Pigsback and they want a copy of the email acknowledgement, including headers. I had copied the email but that didn't contain the headers which they want. How do I go about this please?

Any help appreciated.

Can you not forward them the original email pasting there question on the top and sending it to the email address they emailed you from? Thats what i normally do.
