i've fired an e-mail off to them saying I never recieved it (which i never did) and that I just got a bill for nothing their service was rubish and want to close my account!

Has anyone received their Zubka points for either answering the question for 10 PP or for signing up to their site for 100 PP? I haven't and now can't find the offer page so can't see how long it said the wait was for the points to be credited.

Yes I received it but I'm sure I didn't get any letter asking me to pay for it

Sorry to wade into the debate on the Next directory, but I deliver them. When they are delivered, an envelope welcoming you to the directory is put through your door, and the catalogue left in an unobtrusive position (if hidden it will be written on the envelope). If you claim that you have not received your directory just to avoid paying for it, please be aware that we can get into a lot of trouble for this, and part of the directory fee that you pay is to pay us to deliver it - they weigh 5 kg each! If you do not wish to pay for it, please contact Next - whether you have the letter or not they will trace your account - and they will arrange for the courier to collect it again, and your account will be closed. I think, though, as the offer said 6 weeks to obtain the points, this is designed to be given to genuine customers who intend to keep the directory only. I dont work for next and to be honest dont mind one way or the other what you all decide to do, but I think it would be reasonable that if you did receive the book, to admit to this and return it rather than pretend that you didnt to jeopardise someone else's livelihood.

I've just gone through all my paperwork again and I really haven't had an envelope, just the Next Directory. I don't want to get into trouble. Do you know how I can pay for it so it will clear my account? Thanks

i havent had the book or a bill yet tho i did get a letter from them with a customer number. I have a really bad credit history and i cant get credit for anything is this why i didnt get the book? i actually wanted it and didnt mind paying for it x

i think you only get it the once so if you done it a while back you wont be able to again
