    Hi guys,

It has been a while since I have ordered any vouchers - if I order a Wallis voucher, do I still get a generic Arcadia voucher, or do I get a specific Wallis voucher?

Yes you get Arcadia voucher, hth

Anyone ordered boots vouchers (or any vouchers recently). Ordered a boots voucher on Monday 1st, nothing yet, worried post strikes have made it go missing.

I also ordered 2 on October 1st and nothing yet even though i was getting mail last week.

  • I ordered a John Lewis voucher on Sept 26th. I'll probably give it another a week or so before I contact them. They went out of stock shortly after I ordered and the postal strikes have caused huge delays.

do you know you have to pay £2.50 for it :o

i ordered one and got like a bill but you dont have to pay it it was just asking

Ermmmm you do have to pay this, when you apply for the directory it opens up a credit account in your name (i shop with them) and if you don't pay the £3.75 they will charge you interest and you could end up in trouble especially on your credit report for non payment.

Also be warned they will send you out the new catalogue each time it comes out and bill you another £3.75 for each one (3 times a year including the xmas one) so you need to cancel your account unless you want to keep getting them.

  • I noticed that too! Why are we excluded?

shop-to-drop: I have no idea, maybe if enough people from Essex email PB and inform them that we're slightly annoyed then they'll do something about it? They seem to be quite good with the customer care!
:D**Thanks to everyone on here for hints, tips and advice!**:D

only just started using pigsback and have some questions about shop/earn

i already use amazon and ebay alot( always pay by cheque) and want to go through PB with any future purchases.
wanted to know firstly with amazon can you go through link to my existing login details ,if so does the email addy between the 2 have to be the same.
secondly with ebay do the email addys between them and PB have to be the same ?

lastly when buying from either via PB links does the purchase have to be made solely on the internet to get point, need to know as i usually order/ bid online , then pay by cheque (would this way still get me points?)

many thanks in advance for any answers to the above

  • Thanks Glendam. Maybe I do need to email them if you got your JL vouchers so quickly.

Do you mean the Honda survey? That was around the beginning of September but was for 200 PiggyPoints.
Have you had your points for this yet? I've emailed them but they're "still waiting" to hear from Honda - anyone had their points?
    Thanks

Just wanted to mention the Next Directory offer, I haven't signed up as I already have a directory, Normally, if you place an order, they credit your account for £3.75 to cover the directory cost but they will charge you £3.75 for delivery. Unless you have a free delivery code!!!! like F0705
Check the letter that normally arrives with the directory I'm sure it says in there about the credit.

    Hope this help hardleyouth
