Thanked 3 Times in 3 PostsGot stuffed!
I applied for an Alliance and Leicester ISA through Pigsback, but they are refusing to pay up the 5,000 piggypoints due to me saying it didn't show up on their reports from a third party affiliate (whatever that means?) so it's just tough. They haven't accepted my confirmation email from Alliance and Leicester as proof!
I feel really cheated. There is no way I could have provided any further evidence to them to show I went through pigsback. Their site is poo in that you have no on screen confirmation of tracking on transactions.
I am gutted. Going to have a glass of wine to drown my sorrows. Sniff..
Re the above post which I posted up on the last old thread what seems ages ago. I was convinced I had been diddled out of my entitled points, when lo and behold I received an email from Pigsback today saying they had 'manually' adjusted my points and sure enough, 5,000 points had been added to my piggy bank! I am made up!! It seems that polite but forceful and persistant emails have won the day. Those of you trying to chase for points: don't give up as you may succeed if you have the gumption! Thanks to all those who posted with suggestions and ideas to help me fight the battle!:T :T :T0 -
I'm still waiting on uswitch points from July... is anyone else? I only ordered a water saving device... did anyone else get points for just ordering one of them or did you have to switch suppliers
?
I just sent off an email anyway so see what happens, if anything.TOP MONEYSAVING TIP
Make your own Pot Noodles using a flower pot, sawdust and some old shoe laces. Pour in boiling water, stir then allow to stand for two minutes before taking one mouthful, and throwing away. Just like the real thing!0 -

Is it because CD Wow have changed hands, I can't seem to get anywhere on the site now.
Each time I search an item it takes me back to the same page.0 -
And has anyone had success with getting points (and how many) from signing up to Seagate Freeagent? I have forwarded the confirmation mail but Pigsback replies "we cannot credit your account with the PiggyPoints for this offer as this was not approved by the partner."0

Hi,
Still waiting for mine from August. I dont suppose you've got a screenshot of it being 3,000 points? It's now 2,500 and i can see us getting this instead of the 3,000.
