Well, I'm not having a lot of luck this morning :rolleyes:
I was so excited as I got my first ever voucher on Pigs Back. I ordered a CD Wow one for 800 pts. Went to CD Wow and chose my CD for £7.99, and it says the code is invalid :mad: I typed it in 3 times and even tried copying & pasting it but no luck. Has anyone had this problem before??

i think they are case sensitive, but if not fire and e-mail off to them, I think someone has had this problem before.

I've just sent an e-mail to them. I tried copying and pasting the code too just in case I had typed it wrong but still no joy. I'll see what they say when they get back to me

unfortunatly cases can drag on with them but it varies so you'll just have to see what their reply is like.

As the first signup didn't work for itv I tried signing up again yesterday morning - it didn't say I had already signed up, but then again no points today.....sigh.
Shall have to chase them yet again.
