also, do you have to sign up for snapfish with the same email you use for pigsback? i ordered something yest under a diff email address and i havent got my points!!!

I didn't get a timeout - hadn't noticed it before so thanks.
I always use the same email address but if it doesn't specify in the t&cs you could always try arguing it out.

WOW, how did you do this? I've only just reached 1000 points myself and I've been on PB a few months!! Appreciate any help!

Also, I thought John Lewis were mentioned as a reward, are they no longer available? I'm not so keen on any of the rewards I can get, had a plan to exchange the JL vouchers with my mum for cash but no go now! Any other ideas peeps?
