Pigsback - Free Gifts for Clicks - Newbies Please Read the First Post!!

Have been away with the family over the school holidays, so a bit late in posting to say I had a lovely surprise last Sunday, when my points total jumped by £20 - I won one of the Halloween quizzes. Not sure if it was one I had answered myself (yes, I sometimes do) or one I had clicked on the answer from this thread, so just in case, will say a big thank you to all those who post the quiz answers.

Hiya,

Can anybody give me some advice please? I ordered £10 boots reward voucher on 3rd October and it hasn't arrived. I emailed pigsback and they told me that they sent it out a couple of days after the request had been received and that i should take it up with the post office. I haven't had mail go astray before and i am not sure what to do. I am waiting on £20 worth of points from a holiday Inn offer and want to get Boots vouchers for that but i am worried that they won't turn up either. Any advice would be appreciated.

Ring or pop into your local sorting office, if its not there it is up to PB to send you another voucher. PB choose not to send these vouchers via Recorded Delivery (unless you order over £40 worth I think??) so its their responsability if the vouchers go missing.

I would send PB a message along the line of....
"I have contacted my sorting office and they do not have the voucher. I have been informed by the post office that they need a tracking number in order to trace the missing letter, so please can you send me either the Recorded Delivery tracking Number or a replacement voucher."

Seems a few people are waiting on vouchers from early October

They may be still caught up in the backlog of mail from the post strikes...

Hi, thanks to everyone who post the answers to the quizzes, my OH won the music quiz yesterday.

I also got a 6 point google bonus for August, so good day all round :rotfl:

The amount of google most active points you get is now determined by how many times you use google .

Every time a pigsback member uses google, a point is put in a pot and then at the end of the month the points in that pot are shared out equally to the 1000 most active pigsback members , not just the most active google users .
