how is anyone else getting on with chasing their riverbelle points, they seem to be helping at the moment but still no sign of points

I am a bit miffed to have used pigsback google loads of times and I only got 6 points. I have though, had them give me points twice by accident so shouldn't really complain.

GRRRRRR!!!!

Just had a reply off Amy saying I wont be getting my Riverbelle points as I didnt deposit the minimum amount......... but at the time I signed up there was no minimum amount specified!! Thankfully I have the screenshots to prove it, so have emailed her back to that effect.

Don't want to send an email of complaint as the standard reply will be rolled out:rolleyes: I have enough points now too for another voucher but am a bit hesitant to send until the others arrive, hopefully its a Royal Mail hold up and not a PB !!!!-up;)

BTW not from North of England but I think Northern Ireland Post gets sent from Birmingham after sorting, so that may be the cause of the hold up, having said that other post and BILLS have arrived ok
