Apologies if this query has already been posted, I did try to search.

I tried to do the water one, and as expected it turned out I'm a high user compared to my property size, and I wouldn't save anything (in fact I'd be severely out of pocket!). However despite this, the request water meter box is ticked, and I'm unable to untick it. On the final page the request is for a water-saving device and a water meter installation!:eek: I'm a bit scared of continuing any further, because I don't want problems down the line. Has anyone else had this problem?

If you start the process by saying you have a water meter already this will be unticked at the end. That's what I did, so the only water saving suggestion they can give you is a hippo for the loo.

You should be able to find it on the Home page, at the bottom of the left hand side.

I've only just seen this about the uswitch points but would uswitch still work though? I notice it says 2,500 when you 'change' with uswitch...not apply or enquire but 'change'. Have they changed the wording since people have not been actually changing?
