cool i got one of the creditcard ones to wor with u switch but i cant get the water one to work still it about 7 try s adn still no email from them even though the last try it came back saying they could see i was trying to redo my details and i did not have to or something but it has not worked

I remember i got 500 points for the water saving thing a short while ago-i feel conned.

I think for the broadband / phone you can't just enquire about it and receive an email thanking you for your enquiry (which I gather is what triggers them to give you the points).

For the credit card & bank accounts, you just have to search for cards / accounts, then click apply. You are then asked to fill in your name & email ad for Uswitch, before it takes you to the bank's own site. So after you've put in your email address, you can just close the bank's application page, and Uswitch will send you an email confirming that you went through to an application.

had email confirmations from car insurance, digital tv, credit card, broadband, current account, loan, water saving..

fingers crossed, will see if any points materialise!

the others asked for DD info so left them..

Yes you will get the points i have done 9 lots off enquires and always got the points thats all you have to do honest dont forget to keep your emails as sometimes pigsbck ask for these if its been a few mths and there still waiting for the file from u switch,they sometimes put the points on with out the file.

i wonder if say you do more than one search, i.e. register your name and add with 2 different current account providers would you get 2 sets of points? anyone shed any light?

is this a glitch and it will be updated or is it genuinely meant to give you 2000 or more points each time you apply?

A lot of us just got 3000 for each enquiry, they change the rate from time to time but its not a glitch.
