I had to email them and ask for my birthday points and so did my sister when it was her birthday - "Curly's birthday email" never turned up for some reason! But I emailed them and they credited the points straight away.

right im off for a week .. going to peterborough see billy connolly tomorrow night and then off to glasgow see family so fingers x i come back and find my vouchers for all those lovely u switch points and not a email saying there was a mistake and they swiped them from us..

no money outlay just go through to the water section, enter a few details and request a water saving device which is a hippo bag. its now 2500 pts

I tried this and on the final page it had greyed out a ticked box for water meter installation, which you could NOT untick. This I assumed was because our bill would double with a meter, so I continued. ON the final confirmation page, it had "free water meter installation" and free water saving device. Obviously I did not confirm, beware of this one.
