Why are we worrying about how much someone else spends on expenses. I spend well over 10 thousand pounds a year on food/drink/accomodation for example. £7.50 on coffee per week is hardly going to matter for most companies

Or the receipt for £80 at BP which could be fuel but could equally be shopping, lottery, cigarettes etc etc.

Nothing to say your £1.50 coffee was anything related to an allowable business expense, the bank statement proves that you paid an amount of money and not a lot more about the substance of the transaction.
