Site Advisor - why doesn't Google have this?

I've stumbled on this McAfee thing "SiteAdvisor.com". It's a plugin for Firefox, which when viewing search results, says whether a site is "ok" or not.

Excellent idea, but should this not be a standard feature of any search engine?

    Google does much the same thing, if you do a search it will inform you that a particular site may contain malicious code
    It's taken me years of experience to get this cynical

    Btw, it's not exclusive to Firefox - one can use it in IE as well. G
