Real people mag cheques?

Has anyone else won a cash prize with Real People magazine in the last couple of months?
I received a letter from them on October 18th saying I had won £150 and would receive my cheque within six weeks.
I’ve contacted them and been told they are having problems with their system and can’t issue cheques at the moment.
Just wondered if anyone else was in the same position?

Not me, but a friend is waiting on a cheque from September. She emailed a few weeks back and was told it was problem with their new system, but that hopefully the cheque would arrive by Christmas......it didn't, but fingers crossed (for the both of you and anyone else) that they get it sorted soon

Hi Brooke Your not alone I won also on the 18th and am still waiting I emailed and got the same thing back as you hopefully it will be here soon I might drop them another email if its not here by next week

I'm sure I saw something on FB before Christmas saying that there was a bit of a delay and asking for a bit of patience.
It might be worth going onto their page and having a look. I think the post was maybe from the middle of December.

apologies to those who're still waiting for cheque payments. We've got a new system that our accounts team is getting help with from our parent company in the us. It's being worked on, just a few teething problems, but everyone will be paid, so thanks for your patience.
