I've suffered with low-self esteem, anxiety, fear of the unknown, insecurity for most of my life, having tried medication, acupuncture, talking therapy, none seem to work, therefore, I'm considering hypnotherapy, new year, new me hopefully.
Anyone tried hypnotherapy for the symptoms mentioned above, if so, how successful did you find it?

Howecver you need to get someone who is right for you or it will not.I got someone who was an ex RMN so had a medical background. Helped me a lot. However would it have been the average new age hippy that mostly do this sort of thing I would not have found any help. And nothign what I just said. The other therapys may still help if you get someone else to do them. This is such an individual thing and the person administering the reeatment needs to "gell" with you otherwise it is pointless.Maybe start with some downloads to even see if it is right for you. That's what I did. (well a cd as it was early 2000s!).0 -
Just to point out that the OP asked for advice about this treatment on 27th December 2018 (although is still active on the forum) so they may or may not be still considering this treatment 2+ years on.Please report the post by pankajgarg as spam.1
