Need to get a grip of our debt

Hi. , this is my first post here
My partner and I have a combined debt of 75k on credit cards .
It is a highly stressful situation we are facing. I am self employed so my income is variable and I never know when the next pay check is coming in, I am actively looking for full time work now though to steady this. My OH works full time and has a good salary of around 55k. I have missed a lot of payments which has brought my credit score to the bottom so I am now worried about future affects on our mortgage and moving house in the future.
Need some help on how to get out of this mess !
