1) To participate in this competition, comment on the Facebook posts which will be on the megabus.comUK Facebook page on Thursday 27th December 2018 and Saturday 29th December 2018. Entries made by direct reply to this T&C page, or by private message will not be accepted.
2) The winner will be selected at random, from all entries commenting on the post telling us what you would spend the money on and who has fulfilled the criteria in 1) above. The competition will run until 11:59pm on Sunday 30th December 2018 at midday (12.00pm).
3) This giveaway is open to anyone resident in the UK or Channel Islands, who is sixteen (16) years of age or older. Employees and immediate family (defined as parents, children, siblings, spouse and life partners) of the Promoter or its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising or promotion agencies are not eligible to enter this competition.
4) The prize consists of one (1) set of £500 Love2shop vouchers. Vouchers are in sets of 5 x £100 booklets.
5) We reserve the right to provide an alternative prize of equal or greater value in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
6) Only one (1) entry per person will be accepted. In the event of multiple entries being received from the same Facebook account, the first entry only will be accepted.
7) The winner will be contacted via reply to their comment on the competition post mentioned in 1) above and will be asked to provide their contact details via Facebook private message to allow booking of prize.
8) No purchase is necessary - however you will need an internet connection and access to Facebook. No refund may be claimed for expenses incurred in participating in the promotion, including in relation to the use of the internet.
9) We reserve the right to exclude any entries which we believe to be fraudulent, inappropriate or based on misconduct.
10) The prize is non-transferable, non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for any cash alternatives in whole or in part.
11) The winner will have 48 hours to claim their prize from the time/date they are notified they have won. After this time we reserve the right to select a new winner.
12) The decisions of the promoter are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
