London driving schools

Hi guys,
I'm trying to find reasonably priced driving schools in London.
BSM, AA and the other usuals are a bit pricey for London based learners, at least £20 an hour if you book a block of 10. I did have a number for a chap named Sandells, but he doesn't appear to be operating anymore.
Can anyone recommend decently priced schools? I don't have a car to practice in outside of lessons, so it's important I save as much as I can.
