How can one find out there current and past debts to collectors and companies I'm looking to get on top of debts be it via payment plans or hardship requests to be wrote off however I get letters and email them asking to do payment plans and they just keep sending full payment requests.

Check your credit file, look on all 3 CRA sites.

Most consumer credit act debts will show on at least one of them.

Anything that defaulted over 6 years ago will not show, but if that’s the case with any of your debts, you may have a statute barred argument.

Most debt collectors have websites where you can set up payment plans without the need for further contact, you don’t need to write to them.
