RBofS loan has disappeared!!

Hi all! Just checked my online banking and my loan with the RBofS has disappeared! We started on a DMP in October 2007 and have not heard one thing from the bank since our letters were sent - not even a default letter. The disappearance of the loan from our online banking is the first time anything has happened. Maybe we will hear soon from them! Dreading that!!
Also we have Lonaguard on the loan but I assume that because we have defaulted on the loan that this will not pay out if we need it so should I cancel it and could i get any refund?
