So this Morning I got a letter from BW Legal on behalf of Prac claiming I owe 3 separate Payday loans. 2 of these loans are for Payday Uk and a 3rd for The Money Shop.
The first is, Payday UK outstanding balance of £487.53 from 1st Dec 2012 this shows as satisfied on my credit report.
The second is, Payday UK outstanding balance of £275.65 from 11th Mar 2013 this also shows as satisfied on my credit report. I also don't remember taking this out.
The third is for The MoneyShop outstanding balance of £389.87 from 14 Jul 2014 this does not show on my credit report but the money shop sent me a letter a few years back and refunded me £100. I did not reach out to them they did this of there own back.
I honestly thought my payday loan debt was behind me but now this any advice on what my next course of action should be?
This is all I need a week before Christmas.

Hi,
Were the letters just common a garden computer generated collection clones ?
Nothing that mentioned court, or pre-action ?
If that's the case, just send the "provit" letter to them, include all 3 reference numbers, that should keep them busy till way into the new year, see what they come back to you with.
