Nhs Permanent Contract change of hours

Hello All,
I would like some advice please, I work in the NHS and would like to change my hours. I have approached the Union, HR depart, my Line manager and can't seem to get a clear answer as to how I go about trying to change my working hours. My pattern of work is 11 to 20 monday to friday, and 09 to 19:30 Saturday. I am trying to change my Saturday day to either monday or tuesday. Any help would be great. Thanks in Advance :T

There's absolutely no reason why they must change it.
However it seems like you are in breach of WTR, So you can automatically reduce your hours by simply withdrawing your consent.0 -
Your post makes no sense, you say that you are already working Mon - Fri so how can you change your Saturday day to be worked on Monday or Tuesday? If you explain more clearly we will have a better chance of helping you.0
