Any current deals for wooden kitchen worktops spotted?
We need about 10 linear metres and prefer something chunky.

Supply only? Fully Fitted?
Oiled and treated yourself or will you want this doing for you?
Ongoing maintenance? Risk of spilling something onto the worktop?
Also we don't know where you live so hard to recommend someone.Censorship Reigns Supreme in Troll City...0 -

We used this company

Decent price for the Iroko tops we ordered and the beauty of wood is if you do get a scratch/dint/dent they are easy to rub/sand out,and if you cant it wouldn't look out of place because its wood
Once every 18 months a quick sand down wipe over with white spirit then thin coat of danish oil by cloth. With some of the woods they supply some come pre treated otherwise you need to oil them yourself but as long as you have space/light in garage its easy to do
At the end of the day a decent wood worktop looks fantastic with just a light sand and oil once every 18-24 months0 -
Supply, London, maintained ourselves, 40mm thick Birch, Oak, ash, beech, iroko etc
I will be waiting for many many suggestions from you now excluding https://www.worktop-express.co.uk/0 -
Many thanks. We had looked at them. Good to know you used them.0

I have read your post and know you are looking for a wooden worktop, but if you haven't considered a top quality wood-effect laminate it might be worth doing so (or not, of course!). I used these people who were great: https://www.modernlaminates.co.uk0
