personal,stakeholder...whats best for me ?

Hi all, im transferring pension from underperforming pensions company. I have put half into a HL SIPP, the other half is protected rights so obviously cant go in the SIPP. I take it the pr half has to either be invested in personal pension or stakeholders, am i wrong ?
Need to add that i want a pension whereby i can just transfer this amount and and not with regular payments as im currently off sick quite long term and unable to work or pay in regularly.
Also i want to use a company with reasonable charges and as best a selection of investment funds as possible, looked at Norwich Union and Axa, any others ?
Thanks for any help

Correct for the moment: PR money is expected to be allowed in SIPPs from late next year.

Selestia (closest match to HLs platform but will take protected rights).
