As the season of cold outdoors and over-warm indoors is upon us, are there any stand-out products out there please?

The La Roche Posay Cicaplast Levres is honestly one of the best and most effective lip balms I've ever used. I don't need to reapply this that often, or at all during the day when I use this. It's about £6.50 in Boots but often on offer on FeelUnique or Escentual. Highly recommend.0

Burt's Bees Original. I can't live without it.Member #14 of SKI-ers club
Words, words, they're all we have to go by!.
(Pity they are mangled by this autocorrect!)0 -
I've been using the GlamGlow lip treatment recently and it's just been incredible - I put it on before bed and they're so soft in the morning! There's also a lip balm from Philospophy that's also brilliant for the day time0

I recently started using O'Keefes lip repair and it's wonderful. I've had a really bad cold recently and used it on the skin around my nose and it's prevented the usual chaffing0

My d.d. is an expert on all things lip balm! Or she should be considering the amount of them she has!
Like above O'Keefes, and her latest acquisition Pure Paw Paw in watermelon.Life is like a bath, the longer you are in it the more wrinkly you become.0 -
Another one here for Burts Bees. Using it for 10 years now.0

Blistex used to be quite good, but if you prefer something with more natural ingredients you could try Badger balm. (no badgers involved!)0

Revive Me Beeswax lip balm - its even better than Burt's Bees. Used this in New Zealand a few years ago and now simply won't use any other kind. Its not cheap at around 6 quid per tub but it lasts for absolutely ages so you won't be buying it every month.

I like carmex lip balm0

'Lush' do really good lip balms as do 'Geeky clean'. I don't use any others and my lips get dry or chapped nearly all year round otherwise.
I go through the balms rather fast but that is mostly due to my OH 'kissing' off what I just put on so it's being used by two people really.I am a vegan woman. My OH is a lovely omni guy
