Hi,
I’ve recently changed company via TUPE.
I’ve not had any pension come out of my wage for 3 months (I’m told it takes 3 months to set up).
Do they HAVE to back date it?

Need more info e.g. were you in a pension scheme before and if so what type? What type of pension does your 'new' employer offer?Googling on your question might have been both quicker and easier, if you're only after simple facts rather than opinions!0

Yes I was in one before and it’s the government one. It’s only small company so it’s the minimum requirements.
I pay 3% and my employer pays 2% I think.0 -
