Does it ever end as far as PPI goes ?

Sorry another PPI question. Does the ORs right to monies ever stop, my bankruptcy ended 20 years ago ?

"Notice is hereby given that I intend to declare a Dividend to unsecured Creditors herein within a period of 4 months from the last date of proving. Last date for receiving proofs: 27 June 2018."

This is from the entry on the "Gazette" site.

You are entitled to compain about any PPI sold to you after your bankruptcy was discharged, but not any before.

My father was declared 9 years ago, discharged after 12 months. He recently won a PPI claim a few weeks ago and the loan company said they are paying the Official Receiver as it pre-dated his bankruptcy and it will be up to the OR if they decide that my father should get any of the money.

So whilst yes you can put in a claim it is unlikely you'll see any of the money unless it was an amount substantial enough to clear the debts with some left over.
