To buy cheaper brands when you go shopping and buy as much cheap stuff as you can buy, as i know everyone cant buy cheap stuff as there are certain things like coffee, power that we like.
Then come back here and write down how much you have spent on cheaper foods that week/month.
Also would anyone be interested in a shopping budget (set your own budget) for the week/month and see if you can stick to it. (It has to include your trips to the local shops to for bread milk cigs etc)
