Cheapest place to set up a SIPP

I am looking to set up a SIPP for funds that I will transfer from a limited company.
Likely the sums will be relatively small (c. £10,000 in each of the next two tax years i.e. £20,000 in total). These savings will be in addition to using my / our ISA allowance.
Which is the cheapest platform within which to do that?

Money won't buy you happiness....but I have never been in a situation where more money made things worse!
