I'm having a crappy day so far. Bloody banks/hotel (wedding). They've just gone and taken the money for the 2 hotel rooms from my account leaving me over £300 overdrawn! I haven't even got them to confirm that these rooms haven't been paid for in the wedding invoice (which I never had). Barclays are taking the pee if you ask me, how they can keep letting these payment through is beyond me.

So, I've had a good old moan (second time) at Barclays, asked them to cancel my card and issue a new one. Also I've reported the payments as unauthorised and therefore they are going through the fraud procedure. I'm sick of this stupid hotel and their crappy accounts!! Grrrrr.

Toto, that's so bad of them I'd feel very angry too if I were you!

I start nights tonight not finishing until mon morning and probably won't be back on here until Wednesday.

This evening the our dear friend the cr$%&% plumber has promised (again) to send round the money he owes us and once again I won't hold my breath!

Right I'm going to make a cup of coffee, anyone fancy one?

  • Morning *yawn*

I was up 4 times last night with DS2. He had a temperature and just wouldn't sleep. He seems a little better today, but he has a cough so I think he is getting a cold. He has asthma so I hope his chest doesn't get too bad - he hates his inhaler.

Went for my solo drive yesterday and it was really weird - it felt like I had always been able to drive. Very strange.

Today it is freezing. We had some flooding through the night here (east coast) because of the weather warnings issued last night. Luckily we live in land and not right by the sea. It is really windy though and we had a spot of snow this morning. Winter is really here!!! Thank goodness I can drive now - I hate having to walk in winter.

I've had to come in early to do my on-line banking from work :o

But HOW am I going to cope over the weekend? There's a chap coming at lunchtime on Monday, I told him it was an emergency but that was the soonest he could do it.
